Term Of Service.

~ Plesse write in a clear and nice manner!
~ Provide fully compiled and correct references via Google drive is much appreciated it!
~ Please write what you wish your character weapon/Accessories to have/look as detailed as possible if had!
~ I have right to not accept/reject the commission if feeling uncomfortable with the content, Any unbefitting behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
~ Commissioner will be provided with rough sketch draft to choose from※_{Categories and content that I am not comfortable with drawing :
- Furry/furries (May try but I have no confidence)
- Full plate Complex Armor (May also try but I have no confidence)
- Fully mech/robotic (Totally can't)
- Explicit NSFW (slight suggestively/Kissing still okay!) ,including 'Loli' or underage, child charas with adult is big no no
- Incest or Kink Art
- Excessively muscular form
- Heavy Gore or excessively violent (Blood and Dark atmosphere vibe is okay! Angsty is more better since actually it my forte!)
- Elderly People (May try but I have no confidence)
- Copying other artist's styles (Fandom/Anime/game's style is fine)
- Gender identities and cultures I feel I may not be able to accurately or authentically portray or represent well)}PAYMENTS~ Only accepted pay upfront (Full payment) on all commission! It's a must Rule number one!~ I am priorities the Queu based on who's pay first. (Not comes first served!)~ I will only worked on the commission after the payments has been send.~ Any Extra Additional fees for details, Add Character, Etc. are subjected to be charged accordingly. ~ Option for extra fee is available for commissioner who's wished for me to work on their commission firsthand than others※Under guaranteed deadline Commission may takes between a week to Month depend on many factors such as :- Difficulity Complexity, Order of Commision/Queue, Family or personal issue including HealthPs : I am not a faster drawer as I valued quality more than the rushed project, I also tend to get sick quite much often due to my weak body thanks to Cyst issue I've been having and several more.
Adding up with preoccupied with Personal life hectic and special occasion with family, Please be mindful I have Life outside Art so please for the understanding.~ if commision got delayed from promised deadline I asked for forgiveness and will compensate with Bonus art pieces.USEClient Allowed To :- Use the Copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. - Print and claim the right of their character (Oc) but not the design/Artwork itself
- Published the art or use it to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artistA commercial use license are available to be purchased which would allow the client to use the artwork for commercials activities such as streaming and printing merchs to be selledINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSAll commissioned Artwork/Design created must be appropriately Credited to Chizyo_22I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for :- Incude the arwork in any place or site to promote my service.

- "NFT" or "Non Fungible Token" transaction or advertising or any other cryplo-currency related
- Al generators and training is heavily prohibited.REFUNDSNo cancel After Purchase! Or ban and blacklist!~ The commision may be terminated at the request of the commisioner However, The deposit will not be refunded as the amount of work already put in by the artist must be fairly compensate.- I do not accept any full cancelation or refunded for illust/design that's 50% Done or finishedRefund only be allowed if :
